This contest is open to all businesses and local artists. If you want to participate and don’t have a business window downtown, you may sign up to decorate one of the vacant windows available for community inclusion. Businesses may call on local decorators and independent decorators have the option to coordinate with a business owner for window decorating. 

Window displays must be family friendly, creative, festive and visible from the exterior. Judging will be done from outside the building. 

Business owners/window decorators must submit their application for participation by 12:00 p.m. on Monday, November 2, 2026 to be included in the judging. Windows must be ready for judging 8:00 a.m., Monday , November 23, 2026. Judging will begin November 23rd and end December 4th. A panel of community artists will judge the downtown windows and name a "Best Overall" window, and four Runner-up windows.
